NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to acknowledge the many contributions and achievements of Rev. Derrick L. Perkins Sr. and by adoption of this Resolution wish him God speed in his next chapter.
