Macklin, 1st Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, Inc., Pastor & Founder of Glad Tidings International Church of God In Christ, Founder - Northern California Community Development Corporation, on receiving the Prestigious President's Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions in the community as a Spiritual Advisor/ Leader, Author, And Humanitarian, from Harvest Christian University.
