NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to send its congratulations and salutations to Bishop Lawrence M. Wooten, 2nd Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, Bishop of Williams Temple COGIC and member of the St. Louis Black Caucus on receiving the Prestigious Presidential Lifetime Award for his contributions in the community as a highly respected Spiritual Advisor, Community Advocate and Humanitarian from Harvest Christian University.
