NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to send its congratulations and salutations to Bishop J. Drew Sheard, Presiding Bishop - Church of God in Christ, Inc., Bishop of Greater Emmanuel Institute Church of God in Christ, Inc. on receiving the prestigious president's lifetime achievement award for his contributions as a Global Spiritual Advisor and leader from Harvest Christian University.
