NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. the Kappa Sigma Chapter for its 100 years of brotherhood, scholarship and service to the St. Louis metropolitan community.
