NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to congratulate Mr. Joseph J. Ebert for more than 43 years of commitment and dedication to the citizens of St. Louis, and we wish him peace and happiness in his retirement.
