We hereby direct the Clerk of the Board of Aldermen to send an official copy of this Resolution to the Missouri Ethics Commission within ten days of the date of its adoption by the Board of Aldermen. We further direct the Clerk of the Board of Aldermen to spread a copy of this Resolution across the minutes of these proceedings and that it be published on the Board of Aldermen website and in The City Journal.
