NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the many accomplishments and achievements of African-American Journalist Kelly Jackson and the recognition of her work by the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, Inc. during Black History Month 2023.
