NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that on this day, March 23, 2025 we dedicate to Pastor Emeritus CD Wells the honorary renaming of North Jefferson Avenue to "CD WELLS WAY" to salute you for all your work within this community, the Star Bethel Full Gospel Baptist Church Congregation and your commitment to God.
