Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we the members of the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen, do hereby express our gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Alice Prince as we pause in our deliberations to honor her for her service, acknowledge her for receiving the African American Heritage Celebration Award, and for making a difference in the City of St. Louis.
