NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to send its congratulations and salutations to Dr. Angelia D. Bills, President and CEO of Eagle Productions LLC, a full-service marketing, on receiving the President's Lifetime Achievement Award from Harvest Christian University for contributions to the St. Louis Community for her 17-year tenure as the former Vice President of Communications for the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis and as a Licensed Pastor and Evangelist of True Gospel Temple Church located in St. Louis, Missouri since 2006.
