NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to send its congratulations and salutations to Bishop Nelson Watts, Auxiliary Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, Inc., on receiving the prestigious President's Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions in the community as a Spiritual Advisor, Leader and Humanitarian from Harvest Christian University.
