NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to send its congratulations and salutations to John Drew Sheard, Jr. GMA Dove Award-winning Songwriter producer, musician and CEO-Karew records, on receiving the prestigious president's lifetime achievement award for his contributions as a musical Recording Artist and Influencer from Harvest Christian University.
