Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board call upon Lessee to immediately submit any and all audited financial statements for the years 2020 through 2024 showing the Lessee has received no such distributions to said Board and to SLDC. BE IT FURHTER RESOLVED, this Board calls upon the Building Division to complete such inspection and analysis of the conditions at Homer G. Phillips Senior Building finding in the next 7 days and release said finding to the Board of Aldermen. Once such findings are made available by the Building Divisions, if such findings do not meet the standard of good condition and repair to maintain a high level of service to its senior residents, this Board, with any needed assistance from the Mayor and Comptroller's offices, will further investigate and take any and all required actions to remedy same in a lawful manner.
