NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The St. Louis City Board of Aldermen that we pause in our deliberations to recognize, honor, and thank Dr. Flint Fowler for his exemplary service to The City of St. Louis and wish him peace, joy, and happiness in his next chapter.
