Allocation Rams Settlement Funds

Summary

An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and establishing the TRANSFORM STL Act, authorizing and directing an appropriation in the total amount of Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Sixty-One and 56/100ths ($277,240,061.56) Dollars of Rams Settlement Funds for deposit into various new special funds to support Citywide infrastructure, affordable child care and postsecondary educational and training opportunities, City and community workforce, and development efforts, with amounts as described herein; and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
