Rams Settlement Fund
Summary
An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment appropriating the sum of two hundred and thirty million and 0/100ths dollars ($230,000,000.00) of Rams Settlement Funds for deposit into various new special funds to rebuild North St. Louis from the May 16th tornado and decades of disinvestment, support infrastructure and neighborhoods citywide, and revitalize Downtown to increase revenue for the entire city with amounts as described herein; and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
