Hours for Tobacco Retail Stores
Summary
The bill prohibits retail tobacco stores from being open to the public for business between the hours of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Retail tobacco store is defined as any retail store where tobacco products and or nicotine vape products are sold, and: more than fifty percent (50%) of the retail floor space is devoted to the display of tobacco products, tobacco accessories, nicotine vape products, and or vape devices for sale to the public; or, sales of tobacco products, tobacco accessories, nicotine vape products and vape devices account for fifty percent (50%) or more of total sales.
