Local Public Health Agency Accreditation Assistance (LPHAAA) Grant
Summary
This Board Bill, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriates up to Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Dollars ($239,890.00) of the Local Public Health Agency Accreditation Assistance (LPHAAA) grant award to the Department of Health. The Department of Health is hereby authorized to accept such funds. The Director of the Department of Health is hereby authorized to expend such funds, and to make, negotiate, and execute any and all contracts or other documents on behalf of the City, for the purposes set forth in the grant; and contains an emergency clause.
