Summary

his Board Bill authorizes a public works and improvement program at the Airport, consisting of capital improvement projects to and for the terminal complexes, airfield structures, and other Airport improvements more fully described in Exhibit A thereto entitled "AIRPORT USE AND LEASE AGREEMENT THIRD AMENDMENT PROJECTS" at a total estimated cost of $650,400,000, and authorizes an appropriation of $650,400,000. This Board Bill contains an emergency clause and a severability clause.
