Summary

An ordinance calling and providing for the holding of an election in the City of St. Louis on November 5, 2024, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a proposal to impose a 3% fee on Short Term Rental Units within the City of St. Louis, which are operating pursuant to City of St. Louis Ordinance 71729; directing the City Clerk to provide notice of the election; providing for the notice of election as provided by law and the manner of voting thereat; providing for the publication of this Ordinance; directing the City Register to certify a copy of this Ordinance. Election to be held on the date prescribed by Section 115.121.3, RSMo., of Tuesday, November 5, 2024
