Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street and alley. Atlantic St. from Theresa Ave. westwardly 422.10 feet to a point and the 15 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 2211 as bounded by Atlantic, Theresa, Gratiot and Grand from Theresa Ave. extending westwardly 238 feet to a point. The Petitioners are Corrigan Brothers Inc, Gratiot Properties LLC and Union Pacific Railroad LLC. The vacated areas will be used to consolidate property and correct any boundary lines, as well as, improve safety and security.
