Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following streets. 1)Windsor Place from Grand Blvd. to Spring Ave. 2) A 10 foot wide road known as "Highway Strip" from Windsor Place northward to Spring Ave. and located in City Block 3709 as bounded by Finney Ave., St. Alphonsus St., Windsor Place and Spring Ave. 3) Bell Ave. from Grand Blvd. to Spring Ave. 4) St. Alphonsus St. from Windsor Place to Bell Ave. 5) Enright Ave. from Grand Blvd. to Spring Ave. The Petitioner is United States of America. The vacated areas will be used to consolidate properties for future development, as well as, improve all over campus safety and security of John Cochran VA Hospital.
