Amending the Zoning Code
Summary
An ordinance, with regulations recommended by the Planning Commission pertaining to the Zoning Code, Title 26; amending Chapters 26.04, 26.08, 26.32, 26.36, 26.52, 26.56, 26.60 & 26.64 by removing certain uses pertaining to Special Residential Uses; amending Chapter 26.08 of the Revised Code by adding a cross-reference in the definition section for Special Residential Uses, 26.08.389.1 and amending existing definitions for 26.08.065, 26.08.150, 26.08.380 & 26.08.387, and adding a new Chapter to the Zoning Code, Title 26, pertaining to the regulation of Special Residential Uses and site requirements for Special Residential Uses, to be codified as Chapter 26.75 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis ("Revised Code"); and containing a severability and emergency clause.
