Summary
An ordinance committing to protecting the dignity, safety, and equal rights of unhoused persons. This ordinance incorporates an Unhoused Bill of Rights into the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis by adding certain protections for unsheltered persons by repealing Ordinance Number 67918, Ordinance Number 61415, and Section Nineteen of Ordinance Number 71393; amending parts of Ordinance Number 67918; enumerating a list of "Protections Guaranteed under a Bill of Rights for the Homeless;" and establishing the Safe Camping program.
