First Amendment to the Local Concept Food and Beverage Concession Agreement with OHM Concession Group, LLC
Summary
This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the First Amendment to the Local Concept Food and Beverage Concession Agreement with OHM Concession Group, LLC. The First Amendment extends the expiration date of the Concession Agreement to February 28, 2031, establishes a Build Out Period for reconstruction of the premises, and grants to the Concessionaire the non-exclusive right and privilege to construct, develop, manage, and operate a Food and Beverage Concession at the Airport. This Board Bill contains a severability clause, and an emergency clause.
