The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public street. Semple Avenue from Ashland Avenue southwardly 372.995 ± .005 feet to a point. The Petitioner is Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property for a storm water detention basin.
