Admission: Free. Admission to the meeting is free of charge. Parking is available at a cost on the City Hall parking lot.
Agenda: None. The agenda will be posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
Description
Board of Public Service weekly meetings pertaining to ordinances, contracts, agreements, lettings, permits, and related items per the City Ordinances and the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis. Board meetings are generally held every Tuesday at 1:45 PM at 1200 Market, Room 300 or 325 (City Hall), St. Louis, MO 63103. Meetings are accessible for public viewing online. Please review the agenda closely for instructions on how to join the meeting.
The Board of Public Service Members consists of The President of the Board of Public Service (who presides over the weekly meeting). The Director of Public Utilities, The Director of Streets, Traffic and Lighting, The Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, the Director of Public Safety, The Director of Human Services, and The Director of Health and Hospitals. The Secretary's Office, Board of Public Service schedules and manages weekly Board meetings, and provides the Agenda and processes of all the items on the Agenda in compliance with the Sunshine Law.

Because of the Global Pandemic declared on March 11, 2020, and subsequent Federal, State, and Local Public Health Orders, for the protection of the public and in keeping with CDC guidelines, meetings will be restricted to no more than 10 persons maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. Many meetings will be held via video/teleconference in lieu of in-person meetings. Please review the meeting notice closely for instructions on where/how to join the meeting.
