Lambert-St. Louis International Airport parking policies:
- While the Airport garages contain the required number of ADA spaces for "Meet and Greet" patrons, our parking staff is to monitor the capacity of those spaces and use best efforts to locate alternate accessible garage parking when all ADA designated spaces are full
- For vans over 8' in height (past garage restriction), the drivers will have the ability to give advance notice of their arrival to allow the parking operator to open a side gate into a non height restricted area of the garage. This advance notice information (24 hour a day "Manager On Duty" mobile phone number) will be appropriately posted on the parking web site.
- When all ADA designated spaces are full, or when a vehicle exceeds the 8' height of the garages (if no advance notice is received and/or side gate is unavailable), arrangements will be made with the Airport Police Department to provide a security sweep of the vehicle for accessible parking in restricted areas. Arrangement for this sweep will be the responsibility of the parking operator.
