The Assessor's Office assesses real and personal property, keeps records of all real estate transactions, and maintains a current record of property ownership in the City. The office is composed of three sections: Personal Property, Real Property, and Records & Mapping. All sections work together to accurately identify, list, classify, and appraise all taxable properties in an effort to achieve fairness and equity in values.
