The City of St. Louis Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) encourages all City departments and employees to participate in the Tornado Drill scheduled for 11 a.m. on Monday, Mary 6, 2017.  Each month CEMA tests the outdoor warning sirens and during the test for the month of March, the agency is asking that all employees practice what they would do if it were an actual Tornado Warning.  CEMA will be utilizing its electronic notification system to signal the drill and siren test (weather permitting).  You may sign up to receive emergency alerts from CMEA by texting STLCEMA to 888777.  Wherever you are on Monday at 11 a.m., find the closest area that would provide you shelter, go there and shelter briefly before returning to your work duties.  Tweet your #StormShelterSelfie to @CityEMA.

Please note that the Missouri Statewide Tornado Drill is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, March 7.  CEMA will NOT be participating in that Statewide Drill due to the local election.
