Ted Gann Sr., former 9th Ward Committeeman and employee of the Treasurer's Office has passed.  Husband of Patricia Gann, Circuit Attorney's Office, Child Support Unit and father of Dawn Gann-Cruz, Manager, Municipal Division, License Collector's Office.
