 Congratulations to Richard T. Bradley, P.E., President of the Board of Public Service.  Last month he became the 121st inductee as a Chapter Honor Member of Chi Epsilon at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO.  Chi Epsilon is the Civil Engineering Honor Fraternity.  This recognition is bestowed upon prominent and outstanding Professional Civil Engineers as decided by the officers, students and faculty.  Pictured below are Bradley (l) and Professor Jerry Bayless, P.E., Faculty Advisor.
