Join the St. Louis Public Library's Central Conversations Series to talk about Community Empowerment: Building Strength in STL. Take part in the conversation June 8 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Central Library, 1301 Olive Street.
Join our panelist of St. Louis residents as they discuss how to empower and strengthen our community. These residents build communities, rehab and repurpose buildings, plant neighborhood gardens and patrol our streets.
The discussion will be led by Andrew Weil, Executive Director of Landmarks Association of St. Louis.
Joining Weil are panelist:
Annette Bridges, Neighborhood Improvement Specialist for Ward 23
Matt Fernandez, community development specialist with Old North Restoration Group

Bring your questions, your success stories and your challenges – for a lively conversation about building strength in St. Louis.
Light refreshments served from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Later this year, Central Conversations will focus on Kickin' Butt @ Small Business (Sept. 14). The conversation will continue after each event through social media and our blog.
Together, we can make a difference.
