Catch Us Giving Honorees for May 2014

The May Catch Us Giving winners are perfect examples of employees going beyond the scope of their "everyday" duties to help others.

Reggie Manuel is credited for his awareness and quick action. Reggie was going about his everyday duties when he noticed a colleague gasping for breath. He stopped a moment to ask if she was okay; as she responded, "I'm okay," she collapsed. In a moment's notice, Reggie moved swiftly to prevent the worker from hitting the ground. He immediately called the ambulance and police. EMS workers arrived to find her blood pressure was very low. She was so thankful for his presence.

The second monthly Catch Us Giving winner is TSA Manager Tony Crimi. He put a smile on the face of a soldier injured in an IED attack in Iraq. The soldier's mother wrote, "Tony treated my son with dignity and respect." She went on to say, "Unfortunately, that's not always the case in other places." Tony also went back to check on the soldier once he was comfortably at his gate.
