For nearly 30 years, the St. Louis Fire Department has supported the Change Your Clock Change Your Battery program.  Daylight Saving Time will end at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2016.  The Department cannot stress enough the importance of working smoke alarms in the home.  When you change your clock(s) for the end of Daylight Saving Time, be sure to check/change the battery in your smoke detector(s).

Please note that the Department now has a limited number of smoke alarms for the hearing impaired.  For more information, contact Fire HQ at (314) 533-3406.
