2015 Great Central U.S. ShakeOut Earthquake Drill

The Great Central U.S. ShakeOut Earthquake Drill is being held on October 15th at 10:15 AM. Everyone is encouraged to take a few minutes that morning to practice what you would do in an earthquake. Drop. Cover. Hold on. Observe things in your work area that may shift or fall during shaking. Anticipate aftershocks. Familiarize yourself with several different exit routes from your building, in the event that your usual route is not available. Be familiar with your office and/or building emergency plan. If you have questions, ask your safety officer, office captain or visit www.stlouis-mo.gov/ema for more information. Participating offices can register online at www.shakeout.org.
