Summary
The Office of the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis is requesting proposals from qualified Venders/Concessionaires to enter into a lease/concession agreement to operate a cafeteria located at St. Louis City Hall (“City Hall”) in Room 18A, 1200 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103 and/or a mobile coffee snack cart. The term of the lease/concession agreement would be for three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year, mutual renewal options.

Questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2022, at 5:00 pm (CST) and answers will be provided by October 14, 2022, at 5 pm (CST).
