An optional site walkthrough will be held for potential bidders. A hard hat is required and will
not be provided. The site visit may last approximately one hour, and will be guided by a
representative of the Authority and will begin at the predetermined time as indicated below:

Summary
Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri ("Authority") will receive
sealed bids for Scaffolding and Fence Repair/Replacement at 6306 West Florissant Ave.
until 3:00 PM May 16, 2024, at which time there will be a public bid opening.

The work required for the project comprises scaffolding and fence repair/replacement at 6306 West Florissant Ave. as required by the identified scope of work included in this RFB and the attached documents (collectively, the “Bid Documents”). The project aims to address several critical aspects of pedestrian safety around the property. Primary focus is on scaffolding, and fence
repair/replacement. The objective is to ensure the safety of pedestrians within proximity of the building until formal structural stabilizations can be completed.

The selected Bidder must be a qualified contractor licensed by the City of St. Louis.
