St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is an umbrella, not-for-profit, corporation organized under Chapter 355 of the Missouri Revised Statutes with the mission of fostering economic development and growth in the City of St. Louis through increased job and business opportunities and expansion of the City's tax base.

Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Monthly Meeting (LCRA)
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority consists of a five-member board and support staff that oversees many aspects public/private real estate development in the City of St. Louis. One of the primary functions of LCRA is to review development proposals that include requests for public assistance in the form of tax abatement or tax-exempt revenue bonds.

Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) Monthly Meeting
LRA receives title to all tax delinquent properties not sold at the Sheriff's sale. Also receives title to properties through donations. The SLDC Real Estate Department maintains, markets, and sells these properties and performs land assemblage for future development.
Public Input Meeting for Brownfield Cleanup at Yours Market
St. Louis Development Corporation has awarded funding from the US Environmental Protection Agency for a brownfield cleanup at Yours Market (8001 North Broadway) in the Baden neighborhood. The site is a former gas station, and at least two underground storage tanks need to be removed. A public meeting is being held to obtain comments on the Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives.The meeting is Wednesday, May 30 at 4:00 p.m. in the boardroom of the St. Louis Development Corporation, 1015 Locust Street, Suite 1200, St. Louis, MO, 63101.
