Tax Increment Financing Commission

The Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Commission oversees the establishment of TIF districts and makes recommendations to the St. Louis Board of Aldermen on projects seeking TIF.  For TIF application information, see Tax Increment Financing.

Meetings will be held in the Board Room of the St. Louis Development Corporation, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, at 8:00 a.m., on the Wednesday of the second full week of each month.
