Lyle MansionThe Lyle Mansion was constructed in 1842 by Alexander Lacey Lyle. The eight room frame house was home to the Lyle family. The Lyle Mansion was extensively renovated in 1941. Over the years it was used a Park Superintendents home, a senior recreation center, and by a pinochle club. The building became a City Landmark in 1971.

The house is located on the southern edge Carondelet Park off of Loughborough Drive.
