The Department of Human Services (DHS) oversees the Homeless Services Division, including the coordination and distribution of federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding and other funding sources, in collaboration with the City of St. Louis Continuum of Care to provide housing and wraparound services for our unhoused neighbors.
