Sheila Banks to Launch New Book at City Hall

Former Mayor's Office and St. Louis Development Corporation staffer, Sheila Banks, has written a novel based on real life stories shared with Banks by her mother and aunt over the years. The long-anticipated release of Bittersweet, Banks' powerful, multi-generational epic is set for Thursday, April 5, and the official Launch Party will take place on Friday, April 6 from 6 - 8 p.m. in the Rotunda of St. Louis City Hall, 1200 Market Street. The event is open to the public.
