ST. LOUIS PUBLIC LIBRARY CELEBRATES NATIONAL LIBRARY WEEK THEME, "LIVES CHANGE @ YOUR LIBRARY," WITH CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

The St. Louis Public Library is proud to celebrate the 2014 National Library Week theme "Lives Change @ Your Library."

This year National Library Week is April 13-19, and to mark the occasion the Library invites everyone to submit a short story describing how the St. Louis Public Library has changed their life. Whether it was a special Librarian, an inspiring program, a favorite book, or the thrill of completing Summer Reading Club for the very first time, the Library wants to hear about it.

Stories can be submitted via e-mail to editor@slpl.org or by mailing them to:  St. Louis Public Library (Attn: Marketing Dept.), 1415 Olive Street, St. Louis 63103-2325.

Selected submissions will be posted on slpl.org,  Facebook, and in Library Branches.  (NOTE:  All submissions become the property of the St. Louis Public Library.)

For details, visit slpl.org.
