The 12th Annual Conference of the Association of Government Contact Center Employees (AGCCE) will be held in Downtown St. Louis from May 15 - 17, 2012 at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch.

Participants will be able to:

  • make lasting connections with industry colleagues
  • get ideas that can be implemented immediately
  • see demos of the latest advancements in customer service technology
  • take tours of St. Louis City call center and the Missouri 211 United Way call center
  • attend workshops on launching a new center, using the center to manage your city's image, using Open311 to make your data accessible, keeping your knowledge bases up to date and accurate, and more!

Cost:  $150 for members; $200 for non-members.  Meals included.
