Summary
The City of St. Louis Port Authority (the Authority) plans to rehab a 3,940-square-foot commercial building situated on 0.09 acres at 900 North 1st Street for office and otherwise multi-use commercial space with adjacent surface parking. 

This project will require, at a minimum, architectural and interior design, structural engineering, landscape design, site planning, engineering for MEP, phone and data with corresponding licenses as required to practice in the State of Missouri.  Because 900 North 1st was built in 1914, Respondents should have expertise in rehabbing old masonry structures and the preservation of their historical character.  900 N. 1st is not in an Historical District or Preservation Review Area.

Interested firms are requested to submit their qualifications, detailing relevant experience, expertise, and a proposed approach to addressing the outlined phases. Submissions should also include a demonstration of the firm's experience with similar rehabilitation projects.
Include 3 bound copies and one electronic copy on a USB flash drive.
