This six-story building is being rehabbed by Craig Heller's Loftworks; dubbed "The 411," the building will have commercial and retail space and will be gold LEED certified.

Built in 1905, the building was the headquarters and central exchange for the Kinloch Telephone Company, a Bell Phone Company competitor. Bell bought the company in 1924, and in 1954, the Farm and Home Savings and Loan Administration bought it and put limestone panels over the brick and terra cotta façade. The building has been empty for about 10 years.
