The Lawrence Group is in the process of converting this 450,000 sq. ft. former Union Pacific headquarters building into residential, office, and retail use. This conversion, along with a newly constructed adjacent garage, will result in 232 apartments, 45,000 sq. ft. of office space, 35,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and 580 parking spaces.
