Summary
The City of St. Louis Department of Health (DOH) is looking to enter into a contractual agreement with a service provider who provide the DOH with digital FDA-compliant Food & Beverage establishment inspections with on-site inspection reports for the establishment. Any inspections, contact notes, and risk assessments done on the vendor’s platform must be synchronized with the City of St. Louis’ in-network databases and/or file storage.
